Being healthier together

Employee wellness is all the rage within in the workplace. Wellness programs are put in place by employers to help contribute to a healthier corporate environment.

Every employee differs from one another and often the method that works for one does not work for the other. Employers need to create a wellness program that is suitable and relevant to each employee and not the other way around.

The program is there to help reduce stress and therefore a committee or Human Resources should be given the task of dealing with this specific program and it will also help employees feel more comfortable, knowing that their colleagues are dealing with it and not an outside party.

These programs address things ranging from emotional health to mental health and even financial health. They include all types are people and even to the spouses and dependants of the employees. They can also offer training courses for each employee.

You will be able to:

  • Apply interpersonal skills to improve employee productivity
  • Interpersonal skills to enhance employee social functioning
  • Conduct a wellness survey
  • Build a business case for wellness
  • Gain management support
  • Serve as a role model
  • Integrate services and efforts
  • Monitor and celebrate success

If you love your work, your job and then you will be happier. Healthy employees contribute to productivity, money, positivity and image. Help us create a better employee health and wellness program because after all we are, BETTER TOGETHER.
